I will shoot photos from the ground, and the air at additional cost, for total coverage.  The service is tailored to your requirements.  This service is offered only in the Dayton, Ohio area at the present time.

I will take the photos if the location is within a reasonable driving distance of Dayton, Ohio, and you are willing to pay extra for travel beyond the 50 mile round trip limit.  You may also send large digital images if your location is simply too far from Dayton.  The price remains unchanged due to the additional workload of reworking the photos before posting.

The posting will include a low resolution photo album for the dial-up users.  Each low resolution photo can be "clicked" for a high resolution photo for those with high speed Internet service.

A data page is provided and formatted with your information about the property.  Taxes, Sewer, any condition that requires mention is provided by you for the viewer.

You place ads in newspapers, trade magazines, Trading Post, etc, leading prospective buyers/renters to the website. This is your website with a fake email address to protect your real one.

The viewer gets a very good look at the property.  Out of town viewers are more confident of what to expect and the you spend less time at the property showing to visitors that are not interested once the property is viewed.

The photo account expires in 12 months but is renewable for only $10/yr.   (14 May 2008)
